How to use
As a dietary supplement, take one* (1) or two* (2) capsules once a day. For best results take 20-30 minutes before a meal with an 8oz/250ml glass of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Warning: If you take prescription medicines consult your doctor before using this product as it contains St John’s Wort. Do not take if pregnant.
* For a daily maintenance program, one (1) capsule should be sufficient. If you are addressing a deficiency or ailment start with two (2) capsules daily.

GABA, one of the ingredients in our organic supplement, is a neurotransmitter found naturally in herbs and plants and acts as a brake on stress. Dietary GABA supplementation in clinical studies relieves anxiety and increases alpha brain waves, which are associated with relaxation.
Many herbs act on the GABA pathways in the brain – skullcap and lemon balm increase GABA activity in the brain.
Valerian root, used for centuries, also acts to increase GABA.
Theanine also acts on GABA and has a calming effect on the brain.

5-HTP is a precursor to serotonin and oral supplementation is well absorbed.
St John’s Wort also increases brain levels of serotonin. St John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum) can interact with some prescription medicines.
